RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for all customers, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If in doubt about a product, please contact us before purchase.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement.

5. EU Customers (European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Key Points for EU Customers:

  • You may handle the goods only to check their nature, features, and functionality.

  • If you handle the goods beyond this, we may reduce your refund to account for any diminished value.

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Refunds will include the full purchase price and standard delivery costs, and will be processed no later than 14 calendar days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.

  • We will provide a model withdrawal form on request.

Legal Guarantee for EU Customers:

Under EU law, you also have a 2-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods. This allows you to request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination. This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified if the return is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at brickkbuildz@gmail.com.

Minor missing pieces that do not prevent assembly do not qualify for a return. Defective or missing essential pieces will be replaced or refunded.
